Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding transaction fees).
Cancellations between 14 to 7 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
In case of early check-outs or no-shows, no refunds will be provided.
For bookings made via third-party platforms, their respective cancellation policies apply.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges.
A valid government ID must be provided by all guests during check-in.
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 (depending on the property) is collected before check-in.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days post check-out, after inspection.
Any damages, breakages, or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional charges apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.
Loud music or parties are not permitted unless pre-approved.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly properties (with prior intimation).
Guests must adhere to occupancy limits mentioned at the time of booking.
Illegal activities or disrespectful behavior toward staff will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
In the event of unforeseen natural events or circumstances beyond our control, Boho Retreat reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refund bookings at its discretion.
All payments must be completed in advance through secure, encrypted third-party gateways.
Professional photography, videography, or brand shoots are strictly by prior approval only.
Additional charges apply for commercial shoots.
Guests must mention shoot requirements at the time of booking.
All properties are cleaned thoroughly before every check-in.
In case of long stays, housekeeping visits can be arranged at a nominal charge.
Any maintenance issues reported will be resolved as quickly as possible. Inconvenience is regretted but does not warrant refunds unless the stay is significantly disrupted.
Guests are fully responsible for their belongings. Boho Retreat is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Guests must supervise children at all times, especially near pools, fireplaces, and balconies.
Booking confirmation is only valid once payment is received.
Guests must ensure the accuracy of personal and stay-related information at the time of booking.
Offers and promotions cannot be clubbed unless stated.
Boho Retreat acts as a hospitality management service that facilitates short-term vacation rentals between guests and property owners.
While we strive to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, Boho Retreat and the property owners/operators are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the stay.
In the event of guest misconduct, any legal matter will be handled at the guest’s cost, and the property owner/operator shall not be held responsible for liabilities incurred due to guest actions.
